  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused, unopened items in their original condition

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Sealed products must remain factory sealed

  • Singles and opened products are final sale unless damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
